Please join AUSA in welcoming Mr. Joseph Welch. Mr. Joseph (Joe) Welch is AFC's senior representative in the Pentagon, where he serves as acting deputy to the commanding general. A member of the Senior Executive Service, Mr. Welch brings extensive science, technology, engineering and acquisition expertise to the Command engaging directly with Headquarters Department of the Army on transformation efforts.
